QUOTE & ORDER
For 3D printing, upload your model to our online quote system for an instant preliminary quote. For mechanical design, PLC, laser cutting, photography and design projects, send us your requirements via Official LINE or email (support@apexionstudio.com), and we will provide a quote once the details are confirmed.
3D printing is priced mainly by material, model size and volume, print time, quantity and post-processing. Design and engineering projects are assessed by scope, complexity and lead time. Photography and video are quoted by subject, hours, number of deliverables and post-production needs.
Yes. Photos, hand sketches, reference images or a written description are enough. We will help clarify dimensions and requirements first and, if needed, start from 3D modeling or drafting.
Start by uploading your model to our online quote system. Once the order and schedule are confirmed, production and delivery are arranged based on part size, quantity and equipment availability that day.
3D PRINTING
Our standard materials are PLA, PETG and TPU. PLA suits cosmetic parts and general prototypes; PETG offers better toughness and heat resistance for functional parts and jigs; TPU is soft and flexible, ideal for gaskets, protective covers and cushioning parts. Not sure which to use? Tell us the application and we will recommend one.
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP and similar formats. If you only have another format or a 2D drawing, contact us first to check whether we can convert it or model it for you.
Yes. Small-batch prototypes and one-off parts are welcome. For multiple units, share the quantity and lead time and we will confirm the best production approach.
3D printed parts show visible layer lines, and dimensional accuracy depends on model size, geometry, material and print orientation. If you have assembly tolerances or cosmetic requirements, let us know when you submit your files and we will review them with you before production.
Yes. We stock brass heat-set inserts from M2 to M6 and 1/4"-20, and can install them in parts you printed yourself or parts we print for you. When modeling, follow our Heat-Set Insert Design Guide for hole diameter, hole depth and wall thickness, and specify the thread size and quantity for each hole.
We check every model on receipt. If we find non-manifold geometry, walls that are too thin or features that are hard to print, we will contact you to discuss adjustments before production.
DESIGN & DRAFTING
Yes. We can create 3D models and reverse-engineer parts from physical objects, photos and measurements. Complex freeform surfaces or high-precision requirements are assessed case by case.
We deliver 3D models and 2D engineering drawings, typically in STEP, IGES, DXF and similar formats. If you need another format, just mention it when you inquire.
Yes. Once the design is complete, we can go straight to 3D printed or laser-cut prototypes, then refine after testing, shortening the development loop.
Designs, drawings and models provided by the client remain the client's property. Usage and rights for commissioned design work follow the terms of the quote or contract. See our Customer Privacy Policy for details.
AUTOMATION
Yes. We handle PLC programming, HMI, machine control and modifications to existing equipment for Mitsubishi iQ-R, Q, FX and other series. The exact scope is assessed based on the on-site equipment and requirements.
Please provide the equipment model, PLC and HMI models, a backup of the existing program, I/O list or wiring diagrams (if available), and a description of the current issue or the functions you want to change.
Whether an on-site visit is needed depends on the equipment condition and the changes required. Working hours, scope and downtime are confirmed in advance.
We currently focus on Mitsubishi series. For other brands or models, send us the model number and requirements and we will let you know whether we can take on the project.
LASER
We cut and engrave wood, acrylic, leather and similar materials. For other materials, tell us the material type and thickness so we can confirm whether it is suitable for laser processing.
DXF or other vector files work best. If you only have an image or logo, send it over and we will check whether it can be prepared as a production file.
Yes. We combine graphic design, laser processing and 3D printing to create display pieces, gifts, souvenirs and small-batch custom products.
PHOTO & DESIGN
Yes. We take on product, commercial and event photography, graphic design and post-production, quoted according to the intended use and delivery specifications.
Yes. We provide aerial photography, image post-production and video editing. Location, schedule and delivery specifications are confirmed when you inquire.
Based on the intended use, we confirm the number of photos or videos, dimensions, file formats and delivery schedule, and spell them out in the quote so the deliverables match your expectations.
DELIVERY & PRIVACY
Yes. If your project involves unreleased products or technical information, we can sign an NDA before work begins. The scope and term of confidentiality follow the formal agreement between both parties. See our Customer Privacy Policy for details.
Models, drawings and information provided by clients are used only for quoting and completing the commissioned work. They are never made public or shared with unrelated third parties, and you may request their deletion.
Depending on the project, we deliver physical parts, design files, programs or image files. The delivery method is confirmed together with the order.
Let us know through the same channel you used to contact us, and we will look into it and help resolve the issue. After each project closes, we also send a short feedback survey, and all suggestions are welcome.
