Apexion Studio (hereinafter "the Studio," "we," or "us") values your personal data and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect relevant data when you use Apexion CRM (hereinafter "the App").

- Chat and message data: text messages, images, and other case-related content that you send or receive through the system.
- Quote data: quotes, quote line items, prices, statuses, and other information related to quoting operations.
- File data: 3D models or other business files that you voluntarily upload to the system, such as files in STL, OBJ, 3MF, or STEP format.
- Push notification data: to provide Apple push notifications, the system may process device-related Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) device tokens.
- Technical and service data: to maintain system operation and security and to troubleshoot errors, the server may generate necessary system logs, such as request times, error information, and basic technical information.
2. How We Use Data
We use relevant data only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve Apexion CRM, including to:
- Provide account sign-in and CRM features.
- Manage customer, case, chat, and quote data.
- Process file uploads and the related quoting/service workflows.
- Send push notifications related to account or business events.
- Maintain service stability and information security, and prevent unauthorized use.
- Handle service, technical, or data-related requests submitted by users.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide the App's essential features, we may use third-party services or platforms to process certain data. These services currently may include:
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs): used to deliver iOS push notifications.
- Google Drive: used to store and manage certain business files or system data.
- LINE: some business workflows may receive or process, via LINE, messages and files that users voluntarily provide.
- Render: used to provide the App's back-end servers and related services.
Third-party service providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service. We will, within a reasonable scope, select appropriate services and take necessary measures to protect the relevant data.
4. Data Sharing
Except for third-party services necessary to provide the App's features, we will not arbitrarily sell, rent, or disclose your personal data. Where required by law or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights and safety of users, the service, or others, we may provide relevant data in accordance with the law.
5. Data Retention
We retain relevant data for as long as necessary to provide the service. When data is no longer necessary for business or service purposes, or after a user submits a deletion request in accordance with the law, we will delete, deactivate, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law and practical technical conditions.

You may submit requests to us to access, correct, stop the use of, or delete data relating to you. If you wish to delete your account or related data, please contact us through the Apexion Studio official website and provide the necessary account or case identification information so that we can verify your request.
Some data may not be deleted immediately due to legal obligations, dispute resolution, information security needs, or necessary transaction records; in such cases, we will explain the reasons to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Information Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to, alteration, loss, or disclosure of data. However, no method of network transmission or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security; therefore, we cannot guarantee that data will be completely free from risk under all circumstances.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended primarily for business and sales management purposes and is not directed primarily at children. We do not knowingly use the App to actively collect unnecessary personal data from children.

We may update this Policy due to changes in our services, legal requirements, or privacy practices. After an update, the latest version and its update date will be published on this page. If a change involves material data processing practices, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
